"As first-time home buyers, we didn't know much about the process of buying a house, not to mention how to check out the condition of the house. Brendan was already on site the day of our inspection taking pictures around the outside of the house to put into his report for us. He was very courteous and understanding of the questions we had.
From the outside of the house to the inside, top to bottom, Brendan went over each room with us and described to us what to look for ourselves when buying a home. His years of experience and knowledge of his trade will definately benefit any first-time or seasoned homebuyer. The services he offered to us were greatly appreciated and helped us very much. "

"The inspection by Brendan was very thorough and efficient. He was able to answer our questions without hesitation and encouraged us to be a part of the inspection process. He informed us about certain aspects of our home that we, being first-time home buyers, might not have even thought to ask about, which I appreciated! I felt that he inspected the home as if he were going to be purchasing it himself.
I also appreciated having the highlights of the report verbally explained. The final report was presented in a very organized and professional manner. Should we purchase another home in the future, I would feel comfortable choosing Brendan from Pillar to Post for our home inspection.

"I have never had to have an inspection done before until buying a home, but Brendan with the Pillar to Post Inspection company was awesome! I actually ended up using his services twice because one of the inspections he did for me revealed quite a bit about an older home we were going to buy that weren't things we felt like dealing with.
We thought about not doing an inspection on our second home because it didn't seem that old but decided to anyways, and we're glad we did because there's always something that needs fixing or maintenance so definitely awesome to have a reliable company help us out.
He's very meticulous and doesn't leave anything out, searches the entire premise for bad and good. After the inspection he will sit down and talk to you about the main things he's found wrong - he's very patient and explains in 'normal terms' different questions you might have about his findings.
All in all a great service and a great personality, definitely worth the money!"
